Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of research chemical products, we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived visibly damaged (broken vial, compromised seal)
- You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or reconstituted products
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Change-of-mind returns
How to Request a Return
- Email pipelinecompounds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
Refunds
Approved returns are resolved via replacement product or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are issued at our discretion within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us immediately. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
